I have owned this product for 2 years. I was quite happy until last week when the Ipod docking unit stopped working. I contacted Philips and was willing to pay to get it fixed. They were unwilling to help. I was told by a customer service rep that these units cannot be serviced by Philips. I was further told that I should find a local electronics place to fix it.

Do NOT buy this unit, because there is no support when it break. I do not think I will ever buy a Philips product again.
